ACCIDENTS: .- A collier named Anderson, living at Broseley Wood, had his left arm broken on Monday when working at a pit belonging to the Madeley Wood Co. Dr. Webb attended to the injury. On Wednesday morning, Alfred Pugh, eldest son of Mr. Thomas Pugh, collier, Station Road, had his leg broken in several places by the fall of a quantity of earth when working in the pits at Kemberton, belonging to the Madeley Wood Company. Pugh was conveyed home in a cart, and his injuries were attended to by Dr. Webb. |
